Celebratem Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Celebratem. We take great pride in crafting bespoke and made-to-order celebration accessories and designs tailored to your specific needs. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and our obligations.

General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choices. Each item is created specifically for you based on your specifications and requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

Orders for bespoke or made-to-order items can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations will not be possible.

Faulty or Defective Items

Your Rights:

If the item you receive is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Reporting an Issue:

If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at letscelebratem@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue, along with photographic evidence where applicable.

Resolution Process:

We will review your complaint and may require the item to be returned for inspection. If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed within 14 days of the item being returned and inspected.

Incorrect or Misleading Information

Customisation Errors:

If the item does not match the specifications you provided due to our error, we will correct the mistake at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Specification Discrepancies:

If there is a discrepancy between the product you ordered and the product you received, and it is not due to an error on our part, we may offer a solution on a case-by-case basis.

Return Process for Faulty Items

How to Return:

Contact us at letscelebratem@gmail.com to initiate a return for a faulty or defective item. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Shipping Costs:

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or misdescribed, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the item is not found to be faulty, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exclusions and Limitations

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been personalised according to your specific instructions unless they are defective or not as described.

Condition of Return:

Returned items must be in their original packaging and condition. Items that have been altered, damaged, or used after delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
